摘要
在信息时代,互联网思维与互动范式引发商业模式的变革。顶层设计的"互联网+"概念与鼓励创业创新的政治远见为中国实现跨越式发展提供了战略方向。以情商、智商、财商相互融合的信息化商业模式推动灵活、开放、包容的管理思想与多元管理文化并行的管理时代来临。中国管理C模式中以"仁义"为核心的"情商、财商"修炼管理体系提供了"财商、智商"的价值取向和"自利、利他"的路径,更新了管理价值观、思维方式和管理方法 ;以中国情商管理理论中的价值理性升华了西方以智商与财商为主的管理科学,形成了情商与智商、财商的融合互补与内生增长机制,实现了管理的人文性、科学性、价值性、工具性与目的性的统一。中国管理C模式的阴阳转换模型为情商、智商、财商的融合与相互转化提供了内在逻辑与基本形式,使组织具有自我增强的内在动力,从而达到不断提高价值网绩效的目的。
In the information era,the internet thinking and interactive paradigm can easily trigger business model change. The top- level design of "Internet + " and "entrepreneurial innovation" political foresight provide strategic direction-the inclusive economy implying "People-oriented, benefiting everyone" for China's rapid development. Information-based business model with the fusion of EQ, IQ, FQ helps to introduce a new management era with both the flexible, open and inclusive management ideas and multi- management culture. Chinese C management Model is an "EQ and FQ" cultivation management system with "benevolence" as the core, which offers the value orientation of "IQ and FQ" and path of altruism and updates the management values, thinking mode and management method. The value rationality of Chinese EQ Management raises the western IQ and FQ management science and forms an endogenous growth mechanism with the fusion and complementation of the EQ, IQ and FQ. Thus it helps to realize the unity of humanity, scientificity, value, instrumentality and purposiveness of management. Yin-Yang conversion model of C model provides internal logic and basic form for EQ, IQ and FQ's fusion and mutual transformation and provides the organization with the inner motivation for self-enhancement so as to consequently achieve the purpose of improving the performance of the value network. Chinese C management model provides an interpretation of "Internet + " and "business innovation" in view of management philosophy.
