摘要
从农民专业合作经济组织的制度特征这一最基本理论点出发,分析农民专业合作经济组织的制度特征、制度缺陷,提出从引进和培养专业合作社企业家与管理人才、完善法律制度、强化规范管理等方面,加强和完善我国农民专业合作经济组织建设,提高农民专业合作经济组织效率的改进对策。
Based on the system of the lamer specialized economic cooperative, this paper analyzes its features and its defects. It also comes up with some measures to strengthen and perfect the farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations and improve its efficiency, such as introducing and cultivating professional cooperatives entrepreneurs and management personnel, improving the legal system, strengthening and standardizing management, etc.
