基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的粮食水分在线检测系统设计

摘要 针对当前粮食水分检测精度低以及在线实时检测困难的情况,使用经过实验标定的MS-S-2001微波水分传感器,采用将μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式系统移植到STM32单片机的方法;利用μC/OS-Ⅱ的邮箱通信机制实现对MS-S-2001的数据采集,由μC/OS-Ⅱ的可抢占式原则进行系统多任务调度,结合STM32的FSMC总线,实现对人机界面的绘制、实时数据显示及水分动态曲线绘制。经过小麦水分实验的验证研究表明,该检测系统具有实时性好、稳定性强、可靠性高等优点,其水分测量误差控制在以内,完全能够满足在线水分检测的要求。 Using experimentally calibrated MS-S-2001 microwave moisture sensor, and the μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded system transplanted to the STM32 microprocessor method to resolve the current low grain moisture detection precision as well as online real-time detection difficult circumstance; using μC/OS-Ⅱ's mailbox communication mechanism to realize MS-S-2001 data acquisition; using the principle of μC/OS-Ⅱ preemptive multi-task scheduling system,combined with the STM32 FSMC bus to achieve the user graphical interface drawing, real-time data display and dynamic curves draw. Proven wheat moisture experiments show that the detection system has the advantages of good real-time,high stability,high reliability ,and its moisture measurement error control in less than ,which can meet the requirements of the online moisture measurement.
