环氧油脂开环催化剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用盐酸、硫酸、硝酸对蒙脱土(MMT)进行改性,制得系列酸改性催化剂,并用XRD、FTIR、N2-吸附脱附、热重分析仪对其进行表征,以环氧大豆油和异辛醇开环反应为探针实验,考察了其在开环反应中的催化活性,并比较了其与浓硫酸和氢氧化钠的催化效果。结果表明:在催化剂加入量为环氧大豆油质量5%、异辛醇与环氧键物质的量比为3∶1、90℃反应12 h的条件下,无机酸改性MMT催化效果优于浓硫酸和氢氧化钠,其中MMT-H_2SO_4(0.5)和MMT-HNO_3(2)催化效果最佳,转化率分别达到98.06%和97.73%。 The acid modified catalysts were synthesized by respective loading hydrochloric acid,sulphuric acid,hydrogen nitrate on montmorillonite( MMT). The catalysts were characterized by XRD,FTIR,nitrogen adsorption- desorption and thermogravimetric analyzer,and their catalytic activities were investigated with the ring- opening reaction of epoxidized soybean oil and isooctanol as the probe reaction,and compared with concentrated sulphuric acid and sodium hydroxide. The results showed that when the dosage of catalyst was 5% of the epoxy soybean oil mass,molar ratio of isooctanol to epoxide bond was 3∶ 1,reaction temperature was 90 ℃ and reaction time was 12 h,the modified MMT had higher catalytic activity than concentrated sulphuric acid and sodium hydroxide. Especially the catalytic effects of MMT-H_2SO_4( 0. 5) and MMT- HNO_3( 2) were better,and the conversion rates reached 98. 06% and 97. 73%respectively.
