改性花生壳材料在吸附菜籽油中游离脂肪酸的应用 被引量:8

摘要 以花生壳为原料,通过酸碱活化法制备了改性花生壳(MPS)材料,考察了MPS对菜籽油中游离脂肪酸(FFA)的吸附脱除效果,并对MPS的脱酸机理进行初步探讨。研究结果表明,通过0.5%H_2SO_4和10%Na OH处理后,获得的MPS吸附脱酸效果良好,并在脱酸温度40℃、脱酸时间120min的条件下,以2%的MPS添加量,菜籽油的酸值(KOH)从3.3 mg/g降到0.16 mg/g。同时,通过扫描电子显微镜、比表面积测定仪、X射线衍射仪和^(13)C-核磁共振对MPS的结构变化进行了表征,结果表明在MPS吸附脱除FFA的过程中,化学吸附为主导作用。 With peanut shells as raw materials,modified peanut shells( MPS) were prepared by acid and alkali activation. The effect of adsorption and removal of free fatty acids( FFA) by MPS from the rapeseed oil was investigated and the deacidification mechanism of MPS was preliminarily studied. The results showed that after being treated by 0. 5% of H_2SO_4 and 10% of Na OH,the obtained MPS had better adsorption and deacidification effect. Under the conditions of deacidification temperature 40 ℃,deacidification time 120 min and MPS dosage 2%,the acid value of rapeseed oil decreased from 3. 3 mg KOH/g to0. 16 mg KOH/g. The structure change of MPS was characterized by scan electron microscopy,specific surface area determinator,X- ray diffraction and^(13)C- nuclear magnetic resonance,and the results indicated that chemical adsorption played the leading role in the process of adsorption and removal of FFA by MPS.
