摘要
介绍了一种半自动卷制机三爪结构材料轴的研究与应用,三爪结构材料轴的装料结构在设计宽度范围内可以适应各种宽度的材料,且通过同一料卷装在2种结构材料轴上圆跳动的对比,阐述了三爪结构材料轴的装料结构可以提高料卷与材料轴的同轴度,进而减少了元件卷制过程中因装料结构不合理而产生的皱纹。半自动卷制机三爪结构材料轴的制造费用少,对既想提高元件质量又想降低设备投入成本的企业是很好的选择。
In this paper, the application and study of three jaw structure material spindle of a kind of semiautomatic winding machine is introduced. The material with various widths is suitable to the loading structure of the three jaw structure material spindle within the designed width range. The coaxiality improvement of coil and material axial by the loading structure of three jaw structure material spindle is described through the circular run out comparison of the same coil which is loaded on the material spindles with two structures, thus reducing the winkle due to unreasonable loading structure during the winding period. The production cost for the three jaw structure material spindle of semi-automatic winding machine is less and is a good choice for enterprise who wants not only to improve the element's quality,but also to reduce the investment cost of equipment.
