基于低压侧电流补偿法的配电真值试验网电源扩容

摘要 为解决配电真值试验网在进行故障试验研究时,因系统电容电流过大造成调压器损坏或外侧电源断路器跳闸这一容量局限性问题,提出一种低压侧电流补偿法。该方法通过在升压变低压侧及调压器输出侧间并联电抗器,产生感性电流,最大限度补偿故障相的容性电流,降低流过调压器及外侧电源断路器电流,防止因故障电流过大导致的调压器损坏或外侧电源断路器跳闸。在长沙某公司建立的10 kV配电网真值试验网上进行试验验证,验证结果表明应用低压侧电流补偿法后,故障电流允许值可高达45 A,为补偿前的3倍,满足试验要求,该方法有效地解决了配电真值试验网电源容量局限性问题。 For solving the capacity limitation problem due to damage of voltage regulator and circuit breaker tripping of external power supply which caused by excessive capacitive current of system during the fault test study of true value simulation distribution test network(TVSN), a method of current compensation at low voltage side is proposed. In this method, the inductive current is produced by way of connecting shunt reactor between the low voltage side of step-up transformer and the output side of voltage regulator, the capacitive current on the faulty phase is compensated as much as possible, the current flowing through the voltage regulator and the external power circuit breaker is reduced, the damage of voltage regulator and the tripping of external power circuit breaker are prevented. The test is verified on the 10 kV TVSN which is founded by a certain company. It is shown by the verification that after the use of current compensation at low voltage side, the permitted fault current is up to 45 A, which is 3 times before compensation and can meet the test requirement. The power capacity limitation is solved effectively by this method in the test.
