摘要
采用数值方法,结合作业海域波浪散布图以及相关耐波性衡准要求,针对不同尺度的船舶开展系列耐波性和作业率的计算,以此综合分析不同海域和耐波性衡准下主尺度对溢油回收作业船作业率的影响。计算结果显示,在考虑人员作业、直升机起降作业及溢油回收机回收作业这三个作业率的情况下,船长与人员作业率、直升机起降作业率基本成正相关性,而溢油回收机回收作业率与船长成负相关性,吃水对上述三个作业率指标影响较小。
Combining with the sea waves scatter diagram in the working area and the relative seakeeping criteria, the paper calculates the ship's seakeeping ability and working efficiency by the numerical methods for several different main dimensions. It analyzes the influence of ship's main dimension on the working efficiency for oil-recovery vessel. Considering the three rates of staff working rate, helicopter landing rate and oil recovery rate, the results show that the staff working rate and helicopter landing rate is positively correlated with the ship's length, and the oil recovery rate is negative correlated with the ship's length. And draught has little effect on the three rates.
