摘要 切换技术是保证移动通信Qo S的重要手段。切换过程中,切换的触发及切换目标小区的选取需要通过切换判决算法来确定。分析了现有的切换判决算法对切换判决的算法优化研究的重要意义,针对同构网络和异构网络中,不同的切换判决环境,分别对水平切换和垂直切换的切换判决算法研究情况进行了总结。在分析传统切换判决算法的基础上,总结了当前的一些新算法。对这些算法可能存在的优缺点进行了分析,并指出了切换判决过程中需要注意的问题,总结切换判决算法的研究趋势。 Handover technology is important means to assure the QoS for mobile communications. In the process, handover trigger and handover the target area' s selection were decided by handover decision algorithm. Summary of the existing handover decision algorithm is of great significance to handover decision albasis of analyzing the traditional handover decision algorithm, we summarized some of the new algorithm put forward currently. Possible advantages and disadvantages of these algorithms were analyzed, and the problems that need to pay attention to in the process of handover decisions were pointed out, and the research trend of handover decision algorithm was summarized.
