外引美国玉米自交系产量及产量性状的配合力分析 被引量:4

摘要 试验采用NCⅡ设计,以11份外引美国玉米自交系为被测系,5个常用骨干系为测验系,组配55个杂交组合,对其进行产量及产量相关性状的配合力分析。结果表明自交系BL42、BL45和BL47的一般配合力效应较高,分别为12.741 8、2.793 1、4.832 6,利用潜力较大。55份杂交组合中,单株产量SCA效应较高的组合有BL42×B73、BL40×丹340、BL55×郑58、BL48×Mo17Ht和BL7×黄早四,分别为19.070 7、29.691 6、16.257 9、15.857 5和17.312 5,增产潜力较大。根据杂交组合单株产量的配合力总效应值分析,BL55、BL40与B73亲缘关系较近,BL35与丹340亲缘关系较近,BL48与郑58亲缘关系较近,BL7与Mo17Ht亲缘关系较近。 The yield of maize inbred lines and combining ability of yield characters were studied by using 55 combinations with NC II genetic design. 11 external amarican maize inbred lines were as tested lines and 5 elite inbred lines were as testing ones in the examination. The results showed that the inbred line BIA2,BL45 and BL47 possessed high general combining ability and great utilization potential, their GCA values were 12.741 8,2.793 1 and 4.832 6,respectively. In 55 kinds of cross combinations, the cross combination BIA2×B73, BL40xDan 340, BL55xZheng 58, BIAS×Mo17Ht and BL7×Huangzaosi had a higher specific effect value of combining ability and great yield potential than the others, their GCA values were 19.070 7,29.691 6, 16.257 9,15.857 5 and 17.312 5, respectively. By the single plant yield's total efficiency values of combining ability, combinations BL55 and BIA0 showed closer genetic relationship with B73, while BL35 and Dan 340, BIAS and Zheng 58, BL7and Mol7Ht had a minor genetic distance.
