树脂对青豆油吸附脱色效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了去除青豆油中的叶绿素,利用树脂吸附使成品油的色泽变浅。以青豆毛油为原料,对其进行水化脱胶和碱炼脱酸等工艺,去除胶杂和调整酸值。选取12种不同的树脂分别进行静态吸附脱色试验,通过方差分析法从中选出效果最好的树脂为HP2MGL。进行两次吸附,脱色率为71.35%,树脂重复使用后吸附能力保持稳定。结果表明树脂对去除青豆油中的叶绿素有较好的效果。 In order to remove the chlorophyll of the green bean oil, the resin was used to adsorb the chlorophyll to change the color of oil lighter. Using Green bean oil as raw material, the process of hydration degumming and alkali deacidification was studied to remove the glue impurities and adjust the acid value. Selecting 12 different resins carried on the study of static absorption decoloration through the method of variance analysis got the best resin HP2MGL.The decolorization rate was 71.35% after two absorptions. The absorption capacity of resin remained stability after repeated using. The result showed that the resin had good effect on removing the chlorophyll in green soybean oil.
