摘要
目的:研究偏侧咀嚼对牙周组织及牙槽骨骨密度的影响。方法:选择从2012年4月至2014年7月于我院接受治疗的120例牙齿矫治患者作为研究病例,根据咀嚼方式不同,分为3组。1组患者为偏侧咀嚼咀嚼侧,2组为偏侧咀嚼非咀嚼侧,对照组患者为双侧咀嚼患者的双侧。观察并比较3组患者牙周膜宽度及牙槽骨的灰度值。结果:1组患者的牙周膜宽度及牙槽骨的灰度值均显著高于2组及对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的牙周膜宽度及牙槽骨的灰度值均显著高于2组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:偏侧咀嚼咀嚼侧及双侧咀嚼患者的牙周膜宽度及牙槽骨骨密度均显著高于偏侧咀嚼非咀嚼侧,可以为临床上牙齿矫治治疗提供一定的参考指导意义。
Objective: To study the changes of periodontal tissue and alveolar bone density in patients with hemimastication. Methods: 120 cases of teeth malocclusion patients from April 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital were included in this study, based on different ways of chewing, and chewing sides were divided into the study group 1 (unilateral chew chewing side), the study group 2(non- unilateral chew chewing side) and the control group (bilateral chewing). The patients with perio- dontal ligament width and grey value of alveolar bone in these three groups were observed and compared. Results: Periodontal ligament width and grey value of alveolar bone in study 1 group were significantly higher than that of the study 2 group and the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05);Periodontal ligament width and alveolar gray value in control group were significantly higher than that of the study 2 group, the differences were statis- tically significant (P^0.05). Conclusion: Double sides or unilateral chewing could increase the bone mineral density and periodontal ligament width as compared with the non-chewing site, and this stady provides references for orthodontic treatment.
