间苯三酚联合坦索罗辛治疗对预防前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的疗效

Efficacy of Phloroglucinol Combined with Tamsulosin on Bladder Spasm After TURP

目的:探讨间苯三酚联合坦索罗辛对预防前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛发生的作用。方法:将80例经尿道前列腺气化电切术患者随机分为4组,每组20例:A组:从手术当日起每日给予间苯三酚80mg静脉滴注并给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊顿服,每日1颗,至拔出尿管后第2天;B组:从手术当日起仅每日给予间苯三酚80mg静滴至拔出尿管后第2天;C组:从手术当日起仅每日给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊顿服,每日1颗至拔出尿管后第2天;D组:术后不予任何处理;所有患者出现膀胱痉挛症状后给予双氯芬酸钠栓50mg塞肛,观察比较4组患者术后膀胱痉挛发生次数,持续时间,患者的疼痛评分以及尿管留置时间。结果:A组患者术后24,24-48,48-72h膀胱痉挛发生次数及持续时间,疼痛评分和尿管拔出时间明显优于D组(P<0.05)。结论:间苯三酚联合坦索罗辛对预防前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的发生有确切疗效。

Objective： To investigate the effect of phloroglucinol combined with tamsulosin to prevent postoperative bladder spasm after TURP. Methods： Eighty cases of transurethral resection of prostate patients were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 cases in each group. Group A was treated with phloroglucinol （80 mg, iv, qd） combined with tamsulosin（1# , po, qd） from the sur- gery day to the day after the removal of the catheter, Group B with phloroglucinol only and Group C with tamsulosin only, Group D without postoperative treatment; All of the patients with symptoms of bladder spasm were treated with diclofenac sodium suppository （50 mg）. The postoperative occurrence and duration of bladder spasm, the pain score of the patients and the time of catheter indwelling were observed and compared. Results： The postoperative occurrence and duration of bladder spasm, the pain score of the patients and the time of catheter indwelling of group A were obviously better than those of group D（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Phloroglucinol combined with tamsulosin has definite effect to prevent bladder spasm after TURP.
