摘要
实践教学贯穿于法学教育的始终,既可以体现在课堂外,也可以作为一种方法融入到日常理论教学课堂中。基于法学学科特点、目前中国法学教育的整体环境以及域外经验,我们应强化实践性教学,尤其是案例教学法在课堂中的运用。
Practical teaching runs through legal education,which is not only applied outside the classroom,but also integrated into daily theory teaching inside the classroom. Based on the characteristics of law subject,the current overall environment of legal education in China and extraterritorial experience,we should strengthen practical teaching,especially the application of case-based teaching in the class.
