Career guidance is an important way for college students to find their career direction,and also a significant channel for universities＇ recommendation to society. Therefore,Colleges and universities should proactively carry out career guidance and strengthen the communication among students,schools and society in order to help college students establish correct values,obtain more employment information,improve job-hunting skills,and cultivate creative and pioneering spirits,through which students can get a smooth,full and stable employment.
