民办高校职业发展类第二课堂活动对学生成长影响的相关性分析——以北京城市学院为例

Research of Correlation Between the Second Classroom Activities for Career Development and Student Achievement in Private Universities——Taking Beijing City Universities as an Example

摘要 本文采用多级整群分层抽样的方法,对北京城市学院的267名学生进行了调查,在开展的10项职业发展类第二课堂活动项目中,对学生的参与度、所得收获、教育效果等方面做了全面的分析。结果显示:这些教育活动项目对学生成长的15项能力培养有不同程度的相关性;对学生在校发展的满意程度评价产生重要影响。 In this study,267 students randomly selected from Beijing City University were investigated through the multistage stratified cluster sampling method. In the 10 projects of the secondary classroom activities for career development,this paper made a deep analysis of the students' engagement,students' gains and the effects of activities. The results indicate that the 15 capacities of student achievement can be promoted at different degrees through the activities for career development,which have an important impact on the students' satisfaction toward campus lives.
