摘要
建立具有加工误差的滚珠丝杠副参数化模型,对研究滚珠丝杠副的传动精度具有非常重要的意义。首先,分析得出加工误差中导程误差是影响传动精度的最大因素,然后介绍了一种基于Pro/E二次开发的参数化设计方法。通过Pro/Engineer提供的Pro/Program和Pro/ToolKit两种方法开发了具有误差驱动的滚珠丝杠三维模型的快速设计方法,并介绍了实现过程、原理及关键技术。
Building aparameterized model with processing error for ball screw pair has very important significance for the study on the transmission precision of ball screw pair.First of all,we find the lead error is the largest factor influencing the transmission accuracy,and discuss a parametric design method based on Pro/E secondary development method for ball screw pair.Through the Pro/Program and Pro/ToolKit in Pro/Engineer,we develop aparametric design platform to quickly implement a 3D model having machining error,and introduce the implementation process,the principle and key technology.
