摘要
针对扭曲变截面的压气机旋转叶片的固有频率进行理论分析和数值计算,研究了叶片在不同边界约束条件下的频率特性。利用夹具对燕尾型叶榫施加不同的夹紧力,模拟叶片不同周向夹紧力,即不同的边界约束条件,通过实验分析不同约束条件对叶片固有频率的影响。从数值计算和实验结果来看,不同边界约束条件对叶片固有频率有一定的影响,尤其是对高阶频率。
The frequency characteristics of the compressor blade with different boundary conditions are studied by theoretical analysis and numerical calculation.The fixture is used to exert different clamping force on dovetail blade tenon,to simulate the blades withstanding different circumferential clamping force,that is different boundary conditions.The effects of different constraint conditions on the natural frequency of the blade are analyzed.The results of numerical calculation and experiment show the contraint conditions has a certain effect on the natural frequency of the blade,especially on the higher order frequency.
