摘要
从理论方面证明了在依据轧机弹跳方程的RF-AWC控制模型中,如果轧机刚度使用值与实际值存在的偏差落入特定范围内,则轧件的实际宽度偏差不但不会被消除,反而还会在调节方向上出现与实际相反的情况,从而使控制效果极大恶化。
By theoretical analysis,we proved that in RF-AWC control model based on spring equation,the actual width deviation of the rolled piece can not be eliminated if the deviation of the actual mill stiffness and use value is within a certain range,in contrast,the bigger error will result in the deterioration of control performance greatly.
