摘要
主要对型钢矫直压弯中的辊式矫直压弯技术的具体内容进行了分析,并分别对型钢压弯挠度传统理论解析方法、工程计算方法和精确解法进行了研究,得到了多辊矫直时各辊压弯挠度与弯矩所具有的相关联系,指出在具体工程的操作当中可以简单将其作为一种线性关系。
The specific content of roller section-straightening technology was analyzed,the methods calculating the bending deflection were studied,which including the traditional theoretical analysis method,the engineering calculation method and precise method,and the relation between the bending deflection and the bending moment was obtained.The conclusion of the study is that the relationship of the bending deflection and bending moment can be similar to a linear relation in engineering practice.
