摘要
利用Workbench软件建立联轴器的有限元模型,分析了包括膜片厚度、螺栓数目及螺栓直径在内的膜片联轴器结构对其扭转刚度的影响,给出了膜片式联轴器设计中较为关键的结构参数,对指导膜片式联轴器设计具有一定意义。
This paper uses Workbench to establish the finite element model of a diaphragm coupling and analyzes the impact of diaphragm coupling structure including the diaphragm thickness,number of bolts and bolt diameter on its torsional stiffness,and gives the key structural parameters in diaphragm coupling design.The paper has some significance for the guidance of diaphragm coupling design.
