摘要
联接罩是刮板输送机传动装置中的重要部件,当使用耦合器传动时,较大观察孔有利于耦合器散热和更换易熔塞等部件。对联接罩不同大小的观察孔进行有限元静力学分析、比较,结果表明联接罩观察孔过大会导致联接罩变形增大,影响联接罩两端面同轴度要求,建议在满足使用要求的前提下尽可能采用较小观察孔。
The connecting cover is an important part in scraper conveyor transmission,when a coupling is used in transmission,a large observation hole is of a benefit to coupling heat dissipation and changing the fusible plug.When observation hole is too big,it will affect the overall strength of connection cover.The finite element analysis for the connection cover with different sizes of observation holes is conducted.The results show a large observation hole will lead to a larger deformation in connection cover,so we should choose an observation hole with appropriate size.
