摘要
对自紧身管内外表面切削加工进行了数值模拟研究。分别对无反向屈服和有反向屈服的情况进行分析,得出了在无反向屈服的情况下,切削后残余应力在弹性范围内变化;有反向屈服的情况下,身管内层切削导致内壁再次发生屈服。对内外层的不同加工顺序进行分析,得出在一定的自紧度(84%)以下,最终残余应力与加工顺序无关;自紧度在84%以上,加工顺序会影响最终的残余应力。
The cutting processing of autofrettage barrel is simulated in this study.Firstly,two kinds of situation are considered which are reyielding and no reyielding.After cutting processing,the residual stress of autofrettage barre distributes in a way of elasticity when it is not reyielded.However in the reyield barrel,the residual stress distributes in a way of elastic-plasticity.The order of internal cutting and outternal cutting also makes a difference on the final residual stress because of the super strain,when the autofrettage rate is upto 84%.
