摘要
在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,针对某火箭炮方向机电液伺服系统,设计了模糊自适应PID控制器和常规PID控制器,并分别对该系统进行仿真,研究系统的动态响应性能。仿真研究表明:自适应PID控制器结合了PID控制器高精度和模糊控制器控制快速、适应性强的特点,并且改善了控制系统的动态性能,提高了系统的控制精度。在此基础上分析了一些参数的变化对液压系统性能的影响,为系统的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。
In MATLAB/Simulink environment,a fuzzy adaptive PID controller and a conventional PID controller are designed respectively for the electro-hydraulic servo system for rocket launcher direction control.The simulation study on the dynamic performances of the two control systems is conducted.Simulation results show that the adaptive PID controller is a combination of high precision PID controller and fuzzy controller,being of the characteristics of fast response,strong adaptability,good dynamic performance and high control precision.The influences of the changes of some parameters on the properties of hydraulic system are also analyzed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the control system.
