摘要
随着磨矿技术的发展,半自磨机越来越大型化,衬板所受的冲击力也随之增大。采用离散元仿真软件EDEM,对某φ10.37m×5.19m大型半自磨机衬板所受的冲击力和冲击能量进行了研究,得到了衬板所受的冲击力和冲击能量的大小以及分布,为该半自磨机衬板的设计选择提供了理论参考和依据。
As the development of grinding technology, the semi-aut0genous mill is more and more large,so the impact of lining board is also growing. Use the discrete element simulation software EDEM to research the impact and impact energy of lining board on a Ф10.37 m× 5.19 m semi-autogenous mill, obtainning the lining board's impact and impact energy's size and distribution. They can provide the theoretical basis for the material choose of lining board.
