The Fault Analysis and Maintenance of Hydraulic Accumulators in a Certain Type of Aircraft

蓄压器是飞机液压系统暂时存储并适时提供液压能的装置,其对液压系统的正常可靠工作乃至飞行安全起着重要作用。研究了某型飞机液压系统各蓄压器的结构,工作原理,常见故障及排除方法,提出了在外场维护中,应该及时查看,确保蓄压器初始压力以及漏气检查等其他事项,期望对该型飞机蓄压器的性能维护及修理提供参考,并对其他机型蓄压器的外场检查提供借鉴。

The accumulator is a device that can temporarily store and timely provide the hydraulic energy. It can influ- ence the normal and reliable operation of the hydraulic system, and even the flight safety. This paper mainly discusses the structures and working principles of all accumulators in the hydraulic system, and summarizes the common faults and trou- bleshooting. Moreover, it has put forward that the accumulators should be checked timely, for example, the pressure stor- age device initial pressure and leak checks in the outfield maintenance to provide references for the maintenance and repairing in the accumulators of a certain type of aircraft, which can also be applied to the outfield inspection of other types of air- craft.
