解读“颠覆性创新的困境”--以电动汽车产业发展为例被引量：7

摘要颠覆性创新已经成为世界主要国家技术创新的主流模式,并深刻影响着新兴产业的发展和创新环境的优化进程。但颠覆性创新所具有的原创性和突破性特点,加大了颠覆性创新成功进入并占领市场的难度。"颠覆性创新困境"由此而产生。现有颠覆性创新理论由于缺乏针对颠覆性创新成功进入市场的动态过程分析,无法合理地破解这一困境。而从电动汽车产业发展案例中总结的重要启示,则说明颠覆性创新实践的发展迫切需要一种融合技术选择、研发、培育、孵化和产业化应用全过程的创新管理理论加以指导。国外新兴的战略生态位管理理论,不仅可以细化颠覆性创新的过程研究,也将在实践中加快颠覆性创新管理的发展,因而成为解读"颠覆性创新困境"的重要工具。
