摘要 分析了并联PHEV动力系统的基本结构,表明动力参数匹配对PHEV的设计研发具有重要的作用。总结得到了PHEV动力参数匹配的基本原则、方法和步骤,主要根据汽车动力学方程、整车基本参数,在满足整车动力性、经济性和纯电动续驶里程要求前提下,通过计算匹配得到了电动机峰值和额定功率、发动机峰值功率和额定功率、纯电动模式下车速与动力电池功率和动力电池能量关系以及传动系统的最大传动比和最小传动比等重要的动力参数。应用ADVISOR汽车仿真软件搭建了PHEV仿真模型,在CYC-HWFET行驶工况下进行了仿真试验。仿真结果表明,动力性、经济性以及纯电动续驶里程均满足整车开发设计要求,进一步验证了所使用的PHEV动力参数匹配方法的有效性和所匹配得到的PHEV动力参数的准确性。 Analyze the basic structure of PHEV power system,and it indicates that the parameter matching is very important to the design and the development of PHEV.The basic principles,methods and procedures of the parameter matching of PHEV are got through some summaries.According to the vehicle dynamics equations,the basic vehicle parameters and under the satisfaction of the dynamic performance,the pure electric driving range and the economic performance of PHEV,some important parameters of PHEV are matched through some calculations.The parameters are the peak power and the rated power of the motor and the engine,the relationship between the speed and the power and energy of the battery,the maximum transmission ratio and the minimum transmission ratio of the transmission system etc.A PHEV simulation model is built in the ADVISOR vehicle simulation software and a simulation experiment is carried out under the CYC-HWFET driving cycle.The simulation results show that the dynamic performance,the economic performance and the pure electric driving range can all meet the design requirements.Furthermore,it verifies the effectiveness of the matching method of dynamic parameters of PHEV that is used and the accuracy of the matching parameters of PHEV.
