摘要
UG软件是面向制造业的高端软件之一,其隶属于西门子公司。软件开发了多个应用模块,设计的图形在各个模块进行转换时在某些方面也存在一定的关联。其中,由于每个模块都拥有自身独立的坐标系系统,导致绘图人员经常容易出现坐标系混淆的问题。通过了软件在图形绘制及加工时常用的3种坐标系(基准坐标系、WCS坐标系和MCS坐标系),研究了三者之间的区别与联系,并利用例题直观地说明了当工件坐标系(文中统称为MCS坐标系)放置位置不同时的不足、优势及程序数值的变化。
UG software is for the manufacturing of high-end software,which is belonging to SIEMENS.Software develops multiple application modules,the graphic in each module transformation has certain correlation in some ways.Because each module has its own independent coordinate system,the problem that the coordinate system is confused.This paper lists three kinds of coordinate system(datum coordinate system,work coordinate system and machine coordinate system),shows the difference and connection,and the example shows change of datum coordinate system position illustrating disadvantage and advantage and change of numerical.
