消化系肿瘤中转化生长因子-β1与Foxp3+调节性T细胞的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞(Tregs)是一群具有负调节机体免疫反应作用的淋巴细胞,可通过直接接触和(或)分泌抑制性细胞因子下调机体免疫系统对抗原的反应性,起着维持自身避免耐受和避免免疫过度损伤机体的作用,也参与肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监视,又头蛋白分子3(fork-headboxprotein3,Foxp3)作为Tregs最为特异的细胞内标志物,可以控制Tregs的发育和功能;转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)作为一种多效性细胞因子,不仅具有很强的免疫抑制作用,也对Tregs的分化具有调节作用。近年来随着对Tregs研究的深入,发现Tregs对胃癌、食管癌、胰腺癌及肠癌等消化系统癌症的转移及预后都有消极作用。
