摘要
在目前国家提倡智能制造大背景下,设备的智能化凸显的尤为重要,在电镀生产中,传统的镀件数量统计是依靠人工进行登记统计,这样对于小批量的生产是可以满足的,但对于大批量的智能生产,这样的统计容易出错,也容易耽误生产周期,本文提出了一种基于射频IC卡的镀件统计方法,既可以节省人力成本,又可以有效的提高生产效率。
In the current backdrop of advocating intelligent manufacturing by the State, the intellectualization of equipment is particularly important. In eleetroplating production, the traditional plating number statistics depends on the manual work, it is only satisfied for small batch production, but not for the production of large quantities of intelligence, and also easy to delay the production cycle. The article proposes a statistical method based plated RF IC card which can save labor costs and effectively improve the production efficiency.
