摘要
传统手工的政务审批方式需要申办人经多个部门、重复准备资料、多次熟悉各种办事程序。如何实现政府部门间审批业务信息共享、互联审批,加强政府间的协同办公,提高办事效率、节约办公成本、统一办事规范,成为了政务改革中的一个难题。电子政务系统则可方便人民群众办事,简化各项审批手续,在建立"一站式"为民服务理念的指导下,实现行政审批的"一窗口"、"一条龙"服务。
The traditional manual way of administrative examination and approval needs several steps such as applying for number of departments, repeating the preparation of information and many times familiar with the procedures. It becomes a difficult problem in the reform of government affairs that how to realize the information sharing and intereonnection between the government departments and the Internet, strengthen the cooperation between the departments of government, improve the efficiency, save the office cost and stand- ardize the management. E-government system can facilitate the service for people, simplify the examination and approval procedures, and in the establishing work on one-stop service concept for the people to achieve the administrative approval work in "one window" and "one stop" service.
