无线双核应变应力测量装置

摘要 设计了一种无线双核应力测试装置,从硬件技术上解决了无线网络的同步性问题。设备主要有三部分组成:测量电路,数据处理单元和无线射频单元。无线射频单元采用独立的数据处理模块,和外部的数据处理模块构成一个双核系统。在进行同步数据采集时,直接由射频单元内的时钟发送脉冲信号来控制采集电路,从而大大降低了时间延误,提高了数据采集的同步准确度。设备在闸门支臂启闭过程中进行了应力测试。结果显示,该设备满足工程测试要求,系统性能稳定、可靠。 A wireless dual-core stress testing device was designed. The synchronization of wireless network in hardware technology has been solved. The device was composed of three components: measuring circuits, data processing unit and wireless communicating module. Wireless communicating module adopted independent data processing module which constituted a dual-core processor with the external CPU. In the synchronous data acquisiting system, the clock signals of wireless communicating module sent pulse signals directly to control the data acquisition circuit. In this way, the time delay was reduced greatly and the synchronous accuracy of data acquisition was improved. The measuring device was applied to stress testing in the process of opening and closing of the gate arm. The testing results show that the system meets the requirements of engineering test, and the system performance is stable and reliable.
