大型科学仪器共享服务票据的影像采集管理系统

Research on the invoice image collection and management system of large-scale scientific instrument sharing service

介绍了大型科学仪器共享票据影像采集管理系统的开发过程。本系统基于J2EE技术平台和B/S、C/S结构开发,应用电子影像扫描技术实现了票据影像拍摄、信息管理和业务筛选功能,满足了共享服务奖励申报要求。本项目成果已应用于同类型的仪器管理单位,为大型科学仪器共享工作的发展起到推进作用。

This paper introduces the development of invoice image collection and management system. The system is developed based on J2 EE platform and B/S, C/S structure. By application of electronic scanning technology, the main functions such as invoice image collection, information management and business screening are realized. It meets requirements of the sharing service reward reporting. The results of this project can be applied to the same type of instrument management institutions and promote the development of sharing service.
