四川女乒一线运动员16PF人格现状与对策研究

Present Personality Status under 16 PF of Top Female Table Tennis Athletes in Sichuan and Countermeasures Research

本文以卡特尔16PF人格量表为工具,对四川省女子乒乓球队8名一线运动员进行了人格测试,结果显示:该群体忧虑性较高,自律性较低,与常人相比性格更趋外向,专业成就能力和适应新环境的能力偏低,且具显著性差异。针对以上特点,结合训练实际,笔者提出了相应的研究对策,以期为四川女乒选材、训练、竞赛和管理工作,提供些许有益参考。

This article tests the personalities of 8 top female table tennis athletes in Sichuan by means of Cattell＇s 16 PF. The results show that this group has a high sense of anxiety and low sense of self-discipline. Compared with ordinary people,they are more extroverted and tend to have low abilities and significant differences in professional accomplishments and adaptation to new environment. In view of the above characteristics,the author puts forward some countermeasures in the hope of giving some valuable reference on the selection,training,competition and management of female table tennis athletes in practice by combining training practice.
