摘要
近几年,我国体育事业取得巨大成就。运动员作为竞技体育的主体,退役后就业难度却不断加大,给体育事业的发展带来不少消极的影响。急需改进运动员人力资源管理水平,关心运动员职业生涯发展,在运动员人力资源管理过程中切入职业指导工作。目前多个省市体育部门已经开展了针对退役运动员的职业指导工作,但是在役运动员的职业指导工作几乎处于空白状态。本文结合运动队实际情况,初步探讨了在役运动员人力资源管理过程中切入职业指导服务的具体操作方式方法,以期为今后在役运动员人力资源管理工作提供参考。
Recent years have witnessed great achievements in China's sports undertakings. As the main body of competitive sports,athletes are faced with increasing employment difficulty after their retirement. This has brought much negative influence on the development of sports undertakings. It is urgent to improve human resource management of athletes,care about athletes ' career development and to add career guidance in human resource management of athletes. So far,sports departments in many provinces have started career guidance on retired athletes,yet the guidance on athletes in service are almost in a blank state. Combining the practical situation of sports teams,the paper conducts a preliminary exploration on concrete methods and ways to provide career guidance for athletes in service in human resource management with the intention to provide reference for human resource management work for athletes in service.
