一维链状铜配合物的合成及晶体结构表征

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Cu(Ⅱ)Polymer with a One Dimensional Network Structure

摘要 采用水热合成法,用5-(5-四唑基)间苯二甲酸(H_3TZI)、1,4-二(1-咪唑基)苯(BIMB)和氯化铜合成一种结构新颖的配合物[Cu(H_3TZI)_(1.5)(BIMB)_(1.5)(H_2O)_6]_n。经元素分析、X射线单晶衍射(XRD)、热失重测定(TG)及红外光谱(IR)四种测试方法对该化合物进行了表征和分析。从晶体学参数可知:该配合物所属晶系为三斜晶系,P-1空间群。中心金属Cu原子是六配位,分别与四个N原子和两个O原子相连接,构成了变形八面体构型。配位聚合物为一维链状构型,结构中存在的氢键使其进一步扩展成三维网络结构。 A new type of complex[-Cu(H3 TZI)1.5. 5 (BIMB)1.5 (H2O)6-]n was synthesized with 5-(tetrazol-5-yl) isophthalic acid(H3TZI), 1,4-bis(1-imidazoly) benzene(BIMB) and copper chloride by the hydrothermal method. The metal organic complex was characterized and analyzed by means of elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermal gravimetric examination(TG) and IR spectroscopy(IR). The crystal structure study showed that the coordination polymer is classified in triclinic system and P-1 space group. The center Cu (II) was respectively connected to four N atoms and two O atoms, constituting a deformed octahedral coordination structure. The study showed that the metal organic framework is an one-dimensional chain configuration, the 3D network structure of polymer was further assembled by hydrogen bonds.
