Dust-proof Measures for Coke Oven Gas Factory

分析了焦炉煤气工厂生产过程中易产生扬尘的系统,认为主要扬尘污染源有卸煤、输煤、储煤场、锅炉,而主要污染物包括煤灰、锅炉燃烧时生成的烟气中的二氧化硫和氮氧化物及烟尘、锅炉燃烧后产生的灰和渣,最终对工艺设计过程提出了具体的防尘治理措施。

Based on the analysis of the systems which would produce dust easily during the production of the coke oven gas, it＇s found that the main sources of dust pollution are the place where unload coal, transfer coal and storage coal, as well as boiler. There are pollutions including coal ash, flue gas and cinder coming from boiler. Besides, the flue gas contains sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and soot. In the end, some dustproof measures about the technology are proposed in this thesis.
