多层螺旋CT小肠成像诊断肠道炎性病变的临床应用

The diagnostic value of CTE for the intestinal inflammatory lesions

目的探讨多层螺旋CT小肠成像(CTE)诊断肠道炎性病变的临床应用价值。方法怀疑肠道疾病行CTE检查的患者74例,以临床病理结果为标准,两位医生采用盲法分别对其CTE表现进行分析。结果两位医生通过CTE诊断肠道炎性病变的准确度分别为93.2%和94.6%。肠道炎性病变段肠壁增厚,与相邻正常肠壁之间的差别有统计学意义;病变段肠壁强化后的CT值较相邻正常肠壁CT值高,但差别未显示有统计学意义。结论 CTE检查能够多方位显示肠腔、肠壁、肠系膜和腹腔内淋巴结的异常情况,可以作为诊断肠道炎性病变的重要检查方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of multislice spiral computed tomography enterography（ CTE） in the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease. Methods 74 cases of patients with suspected intestinal disease underwent CTE examination. Taking clinical pathology results as the standard,two doctors by blind method analyzed its CTE performance respectively.Results Accuracy of the results that two doctors diagnosed inflammatory bowel disease by CTE was 93. 2% and 94. 6% respectively. Inflammatory bowel disease segment appeored wall thickening,and the difference between adjacent normal intestine was statistically significant; CT value of intestinal lesion segment strengthened compared with adjacent normal bowel CT value was high,but the difference did not show statistically significant. Conclusion CTE can check with all-round display the intestinal wall and lumen,mesenteric and abdominal cavity lymph node of anomalies,which be used as an important examination method to diagnose pathological changes of the intestinal inflammatory.
