摘要
GB150-2011中规定,盛装毒性为极度或高度危害介质的不锈钢容器,或图样证明有应力腐蚀的不锈钢容器,在一定的变形量下,需要进行固溶处理,以恢复不锈钢的性能,在一定高温下或一定低温下,允许的变形量更小.笔者分析了这样规定的合理性,指出在一定高温下或一定低温下,不需要其他限制条件,变形量超过一定值,就应该进行固溶处理.
GB150-2011 regulations,A stainless steel vessel containing toxic or highly hazardous medium,or stainless steel vessel with stress corrosion proved by pattern,under a certain amount of deformation,needs to carry out solution treatment to recover the performance of the stainless steel. Under a certain high temperature or a certain low temperature,the allowable deformation is smaller. The author analyzes the rationality of such provisions,and pointed out that under a certain high temperature or a certain low temperature,the deformation amount exceeds a certain value without any other restriction,it is necessary to carry out solution treatment.
