摘要
建筑工程规划技术经济指标是城市规划监督管理的重要数据,其计算方法具有区域性和时效性特点,给计算带来了很大的困难。本文以EPS2012作为数据处理平台进行二次开发,结合珠海市规划监督测绘现状制定计算规则库,实现了基于规则库方式的建筑工程规划技术经济指标计算。该方法与传统数据生产处理方式相比,在生产效率、数据质量等方面均有很大程度的提升,经本单位测绘作业部门生产实践,验证了该方法的先进性和实用性。
The techno-economic Indicator of construction planning is an important data for supervision and management of urban planning. The computational method for techno-economic indicator of construction planning has the characteristics of regional and timeliness,which brings difficulties to compute. Combined with present situation of city planning supervision,surveying and mapping in Zhuhai,this paper sets realization of techno-economic Indicator of construction planning based on rule base by secondary development and using EPS2012 as data processing platform. Compared with traditional data production and data processing method,this method has greatly improvement in terms of production efficiency,data quality,and so on. Besides,the advancement and practicality of this method has been verified by surveying and mapping operation department in practice.
