摘要
通过教学实践对发酵工厂设计课程的教学过程进行探讨,在课程体系整合和教学内容、学生工程素质的培养、教学方式和课程考核方面提出几点建议,充分调动学生的积极性和主动性,为生物工程专业培养出合格的人才。
Based on the teaching experience, this paper gives a discussion on the teaching process of the Fermentation Factory Design Course, and some suggestions were made on the aspects of curriculum integration, teaching content, cultivation of the students＇ engineering quality, teaching methods and course assessment. The course reform aims to motivate the student＇ s enthusiasm and initiative, so that more qualified technicians will give their full play in biological engineering area.
