摘要
本文从物料颗粒分布特征和预热器系统内部结构的变化出发,就影响预热、预分解系统内、外部物料循环量大小,对水泥生产系统带来干扰和影响问题,进行了详细的理论分析和研究,并结合具体的案例,给出了相应的改进建议,以期为存在类似技术问题的生产企业提供参考。
The many influence factors, which impacted material distribution rules, circulating quantity and heat exchange between sol- id & hot exhaust during pre-heater system, have been analyzed and studied based on the powder particle diameter distribution of over grinding raw meal and the internal structure of the pre-heater system. Many suggest provided for readers have been given out through the analysis of various cases from local side.
