新型干法生产线几乎都遇到过篦冷机长"雪人"情况,影响设备的正常运转。针对这一问题,分析篦冷机雪人的形成原因及清理措施,从设计结构出发,形成了优化后活塞式推雪人装置,介绍了该装置的结构、使用方法及维护。实际应用表明:该装置具有设备结构简单可靠、空间布局合理等优点,彻底解决了推雪人装置头部与篦冷机壳体密封问题,效果较好。

The new dry process production lines have almost encountered the situation of ‘ Snowman＇ in grate cooler which affects nor- mal operation. To solve this problem, analyze the causes and clean-up measures ‘Snowman＇ in grate cooler, starting from the design structure, forming optimized device of piston push snowman.It introduces the device of its structure, use and maintenance. Practical ap- plication shows that： the device has a simple and reliable structure, reasonable space layout, etc.and solves sealing problems between- the head of push snowman device and cooler housing,which has good effect.
