摘要
山东东华水泥有限公司2014年对其两条5 000 t/d熟料生产线配置了一套脱硝脱硫系统,该系统采用SNCR脱硝技术来降低NO_x排放量。介绍了该公司为降低NO_x生成,减少氨水使用量所采用的工艺、设备、配料及系统操作上的措施。在保证熟料产、质量的前提下,该公司单位熟料氨水消耗由2.8 kg/t降低到2.49 kg/t,年NO_x排放降低约1 200 t,综合效果较好。
Shandong Donghua Cement Co., Ltd. equiped two 5 000 t/d clinker production lines with the system of denitration and desul- furization in 2014, which uses SNCR denitration technology to reduce NO, emission. It introduces the measures that the company did for reducing NOx emission and reducing the amount of ammonia by technology, equipment, ingredients and systems in operation. Based on ensuring clinker production, quality, the company's unit clinker ammonia consumption is reduced from 2.8 kg/t to 2.49 kg/t and an- nual NOx emission decreases about 1 200 t, which has comprehensive effect.
