摘要
钒渣是石煤灰渣直接酸浸提钒产生的工业废渣,具有一定的活性。本试验研究钒渣作为水泥混合材对水泥物理性能的影响。通过设定合理的配比方案和小磨试验,寻找钒渣作为混合材的最佳掺量,根据小磨试验结果指导大磨生产。大磨试验结果表明,钒渣可以作为水泥混合材使用,钒渣掺量为6%时可以增加混合材掺量,降低水泥的单位生产成本。
Vanadium slag is industrial waste generated by stone coal ash directly vanadium acid leaching with some activity.This test does research in vanadium slag used as cement admixture affects cement physical properties. By setting a reasonable proportion of pro- grams and small grinding test, look for the best content of vanadium slag as admixture according to the small grinding mill test results guiding the large grinding mill production. Large grinding test results show that vanadium slag as cement admixture is 6% can be in- creased and reduce unit production costs.
