This paper briefly summarizes the current infrastructure investment operation modes and analyzes their limitations and problems. Moreover, it puts forward implementing the shareholding system reform of infrastructure investment operation mechanism by using the power of the capital market, building the platform for private capital investment in infrastructure construction to try a new form of implementation for developing a mixed sector of the economy, so as to search for new reform path for infrastructure investment operation mechanism.
