摘要 通过碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)-钢组合梁剥离破坏时的布喇格光栅(FBG)应变响应,分析了CFRP-钢组合梁剥离破坏的过程,研究了FBG应变测量在钢组合梁发生剥离破坏过程中所起的即时响应和预警作用。将光纤光栅粘贴在碳纤维板表面,监测钢组合梁加载过程中CFRP板应变,通过应变响应来判断CFRP板的剥离时刻。对于首先产生剥离破坏且不对钢组合梁受力特性产生较大影响的部位,使用光纤光栅监测,得到应变响应的预警时刻。结果表明,利用光纤光栅应变测量的实时性可起很好的监测、预警作用。 This paper analyzed the debonding process of carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)-steel composite beams through FBG strain response and studied the real-time response and forewarning which played by FBG in the debonding process.The dobonding moment were determined in the experiment through the strain-response of FBG which were bonded on the CFRP board.Monitoring the position of the beam which debonding firstly and not affecting the mechanical characteristic too much by FBG can give a strain-response moment.The experiment results show that the real-time features of FBG can play a very well role in monitoring and forewarning.
