基于Nios Ⅱ的动爆冲击波记录仪设计

摘要 为了提高动爆冲击波记录仪的可靠性,减小电路体积,缩短开发周期,该文提出了一种基于Nios Ⅱ的动爆冲击波记录仪设计方案。该方案以SOPC技术为基础,将整个控制系统构建在单片FPGA上。介绍了总体设计方案、接口电路设计、以Nios Ⅱ为核心的SOPC软硬件设计。为提高可靠性,采用硬制材料35CrMnSiA作为核心电路保护壳,且壳内采用环氧树脂灌封。通过激波管校准实验和有限元分析软件ANSYS仿真结果证明,该系统性能稳定、可靠性高,能成功记录冲击波信号。 In order to improve the reliability,reduce the circuit volume and shorten the development period of the dynamic blast wave recorder,a dynamic burst shock wave recorder based on Nios II is proposed. The scheme is based on the SOPC technology,and the whole control system is built on the monolithic FPGA. The design of SOPC software and hardware,which is the overall design scheme,the interface circuit design and the Nios II as the core,are introduced. In order to improve the reliability,using hard materials and 35CrMnSiA as the core circuit protection shell,and the shell by epoxy resin. Through the shock tube calibration experiment and the finite element analysis software ANSYS simulation results prove that the system performance is stable and the reliability is high,and can record the shock wave signal successfully.
