摘要
针对多个传感器同时工作时普通仪器仪表监测工作电流和传感器输出信号繁琐不便的问题,设计了一种基于FPGA的高精度电流实时监测系统。以MAX9918为核心的测流转换模块将传感器工作电流信号转换放大为电压信号。以FPGA作为数据采集转发的核心控制器实现A/D转换、模拟开关切换、数据编帧及监测数据实时上传的功能等。经验证,该系统工作稳定可靠、实时性好、监测精度高。
A high-precision current monitoring system which was designed to solve the cumbersome problem of using common instruments to monitor the sensor working current and output signal based on FPGA. The MAX9918 was used as the core device of current conversion module to convert and amplify sensor working current to voltage signal. The FPGA was used as the core device of conversion device to achieve the following functions,the A/D conversion, analog plexers switch,data coding and the transmission control of real-time monitoring data and so on. The system has been proved to work stably with good instantaneity and high monitoring precision.
